Within the framework of the “Biennial Collaboration Agreement between the WHO Regional Office for Europe and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2018-2019”, on 26-april 2019-year in Miran hotel a visit was held by the WHO international consultant on phthisiology medical education, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, head of the phthisiopulmonology department of the Northern State Medical University Of the Russian Federation Professor Andrei Maryandyshev on innovations in phthisiology and updated curricula for teachers of medical universities in Tashkent. Employees of the department of phthisiology of medical universities in Tashkent also participated in this training.
